Title:Vodenje, organiziranje in širitev malega IT podjetja

Abstract:Izbrali smo si temo vodenje, organziranje in širitev malega IT podjetja. Za primer takšnega podjetja smo izbrali podjetje Pinna d. o. o. Temo smo izbrali, ker menimo, da so to zelo pomembne funkcije v sodobnih podjetjih. Predstaviti smo želeli podjetje Pinna d. o. o. Raziskali in primerjali smo manjše in veliko podjetje. Ker je podjetje dejavno v informacijski tehnologiji, smo tudi raziskali možnosti informacijske tehnologije sedaj in v prihodnosti, tako za družbo kakor tudi za podjetja. V poglavju vodenje smo se osredotočili na sam pojem vodenje. Raziskali smo različne stile vodenja. Vsak stil smo na kratko opisali in predstavili ključne lastnosti. Osredotočili smo se tudi na značilnosti vodenja v malem podjetju. Poiskali smo, katere so tiste značilnosti, ki so najbolj pomembne za uspešno prihodnost. Opisali smo organizacijo dela in potek dela. Opredelili smo več motivacijskih teorij. Raziskali smo, kaj so nagrade in kako jih delimo. Poiskali smo možne načine team buildinga in razložili, zakaj je le-ta pomemben in katere so koristi, ki jih ta dejavnost nudi. Pri širitvi podjetja smo predstavili možne načine, kako poiskati nove posle. Poudarili smo pomembnost prepoznavnosti in oglaševanja v današnjem času. Osredotočili smo se tudi na fizično širitev podjetja, ki vključuje investicije v nove poslovne prostore in kdaj je to pomembno. Izvedli smo tudi poglobljeni intervju z direktorjem podjetja. Raziskali smo, kako vodenje in organizacija potekata v omenjenem podjetju. Povprašali smo tudi o možnih širitvah podjetja in načrtih direktorja. Ugotovili smo, da direktor uspešno vodi podjetje in da ima v prihodnosti namen razširiti poslovanje znotraj panoge, v kateri so dejavni zdaj.

Title:Management, organisation and expansion of a small it company
Abstract:The diploma thesis deals with the topic of the management, organisation and expansion of a small IT company. The company Pinna d.o.o. was selected as an example. This topic was chosen because the author is of the opinion that these are very important issues in modern companies. In the thesis, Pinna d.o.o. is presented. Furthermore, a small and a large enterprise are compared. Because the company is active in information technology, the opportunities for information technology now and in the future for society and for companies are presented as well. In the Leadership chapter, the main focus is placed on the term "management". Different management styles are explored. Each style is briefly described and its main characteristics are presented. Furthermore, focus is placed on the management characteristics in small enterprises. Research attempted to identify which are the most important characteristics for a successful future. Moreover, the organisation and process of work are described and several theories of motivation defined. Research was carried out into what rewards are and how they should be awarded. Possible team building methods were researched and the importance of team building is described, and also what the advantages of such activities are. In terms of company expansion, possible ways of finding new business are described. Furthermore, the importance of visibility and advertising in today's world is stressed. Focus is also placed on the physical expansion of a company that includes investments in new business premises and at which time this is of importance. An in-depth interview with the CEO of Pinna d.o.o. was carried out as well. How management and organisation are performed in the selected company was researched. In the interview, emphasis was given to possible expansion and the plans of the CEO. It was established that the CEO successfully manages the company and that he plans to expand business operations within the industry in which the company is active now.
