Abstract:V diplomskem delu z naslovom »Izkoristki prepeljanih poti v podjetju Lamot d.o.o.« je predstavljeno podjetje Lamot d.o.o. iz Miklavža na Dravskem polju. Razložene so teoretične osnove: cestni promet, cestni transport, pretok blaga, organizacija prevozov tovora, sodobna informacijska podpora, prevozi blaga in delovni čas voznikov prevoznih sredstev, konvencija CMR, pogodba o prevozu tovora, tovorni list, optimalna pot prevoza, itinerar, osnovni kriteriji izbire itinerarja, ponavljajoči, radialni, krožni (ciklični), zbirni ali distribucijski itinerar, pokazatelji prepeljanih poti, stopnja izkoristka prepeljane poti in prazna vožnja. Posledično to pomeni manjšo stopnjo izkoristka prepeljane poti. Narejena je kritična analiza problema, izpostavljene so vse vožnje z razkladanjem v Franciji. Na koncu so podani predlogi, kako se tem daljšim praznim vožnjam izogniti.

Title:Efficiency of transportation routes in Lamot d.o.o.
Abstract:The thesis entitled Efficiency of Transport Routes in Lamot d.o.o. features a presentation of the enterprise Lamot d.o.o. from Miklavž na Dravskem polju. The thesis opens with a breakdown of relevant theoretical basics, such as road transport, carriage of goods by road, organization of cargo transport, modern IT support, goods transport and drivers’ hours and working time, CMR convention, contract of carriage, waybill, optimal transport route, itinerary, basic criteria underlying itinerary selection, recurrent, radial, roundtrip (cyclic), aggregate or distribution itinerary, transport route KPIs, transport route efficiency levels, and empty running. Research chapters are based on an analysis of routes driven by five drivers in the period January 2016 through December 2016. The state of affairs is presented in a numerical and graphical manner, i.e. in tables and charts. The overarching issue detected during research are extended periods of empty runs between the unloading of goods and the next scheduled loading, which occur when the company is commissioned for the transport of goods to France. Empty runs subsequently result in lower efficiency of the transport route. The detected inefficiency is subject to a critical analysis, including a breakdown of all deliveries to France. The thesis closes with recommendations on how to avoid extended empty runs.
