Title:Stroški pri razvoju novih izdelkov

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo prikazali pomembnost določanja stroškov razvoja novega izdelka. Ker ima proces razvoja veliko faz, kjer so v različnih fazah razpoložljivi podatki o izdelku razlikujejo, smo prikazali različne tehnike določanja stroškov. Te se med sabo razlikujejo po količini potrebnih podatkov za izpeljavo tehnike, natančnost potrebnih podatkov in glede na natančnost izračunov. Da proces razvoja novega izdelka poteka bolj tekoče, v proces razvoja izdelka vpeljemo modele za vodenje projekta. V nalogi smo opisali nekaj najbolj uporabljenih modelov, ki so pomembni zato, ker dajo procesu strukturo, določajo točke, v katerih izvajamo izračune določanja stroškov, izbirajo, katere tehnike moramo uporabiti ter nam pomagajo pri odločitvah o nadaljevanju projekta glede na rezultate.

Title:Costs in the New Product Development
Abstract:The thesis presents the importance of estimating the costs in the new product development. Since the process of development has many phases where accessible product data varies between phases, various costing techniques that we described in thesis are needed. These differ from each other according to the amount of data needed to use it, the accuracy of the required data and the accuracy of the calculations. In order to make the process of development smoother, we introduce models for project management. In the thesis we described some of the most used models that are important because, they bring structure in the process, they determine the points in which costing calculations are performed, choose which techniques we need to use and help us make the decision on the continuation of the project according to the results.
