Abstract:Podjetje Kartem d.o.o. je podjetje, ki se ukvarja z izdelavo kartonske embalaže. Gre za sorazmerno mlado podjetje, katero se razvija in širi. Zaradi mladosti podjetja še ni prišlo do večjih vlaganj v podporne procese. V diplomskem delu smo preučili skladiščenje in transportne poti v podjetju. Na podlagi pregleda obstoječega stanja smo izpostavili ključne probleme. Soočajo se s pomanjkanjem prostora v skladiščih, neurejenimi skladišči, zastojev proizvodnje zaradi iskanja transportno–skladiščnih enot, poškodovanim materialom zaradi vremenskih vplivov, številne prazne vožnje, število manipulaciji, dolge transportne poti, ipd. Na podlagi obstoječega stanja smo podali predloge izboljšav, kateri bi pripomogli k optimizaciji notranjega transporta in skladiščenja. Ključno vlogo ima postavitev novega skladišča in preureditev obstoječih skladiščnih prostorov. S tem povečamo zalogovno zmogljivost, povečajo se proizvodne površine, vzpostavi se enostavnejši tok blaga znotraj podjetja in izboljša se urejenost skladišč. S predlogi izboljšav smo dosegli izboljšanje podpornih procesov skladiščenja in transportnih poti.

Title:Suggestions for approvements of warehousing and transport routes in company Kartem d.o.o.
Abstract:Kartem d.o.o. is a company engaged in the production of cardboard packaging. It is a relatively young enterprise that continues to evolve and expand. As the company is quite young till now no major investments in support processes were realized. In the diploma paper, we examined the company’s warehousing and transportation routes. Based on the survey we were able to highlight the key issues. The company is dealing with insufficient warehouse areas, improperly managed storage, production delays due to the search for transport-storage units, damaged materials due to weather conditions, unladen journeys and with manipulations, long transportation routes, etc. Based on the company’s plans, we presented proposals for improvements, which could contribute to the optimization of internal transport and warehousing. The key role is the installation of a new warehouse and the reorganization of the existing storage places. That will increase the warehouse capacity and the production area, create a more efficient movement of goods within the company and improve the regulation of the warehouse. By proposing improvements, we achieved optimization of support processes.
