Abstract:Kupovanje izdelkov je nekaj vsakdanjega, tako za fizično osebo kot za podjetje. Vse se začne pri zaznavanju potreb in iskanju načinov kako jih zadovoljiti. Bolj kot je pomembna potreba za nas, več časa in truda zapravimo pri iskanju rešitev. Enako je pri podjetjih, kjer je potrebno zadovoljiti mnogo potreb vseh oddelkov in ljudi znotraj njih. Razlika med podjetji pa nastane v učinkovitosti, ekonomičnosti in znanju nabave. Zato je pomembno, kako podjetje upravlja z nabavo oziroma njen management nabave. Nabavni management ima dandanes velik vpliv na konkurenčnost, uspeh in učinkovitost podjetij. Povezan mora biti z vsemi oddelki podjetja in vsi oddelki morajo delati v korist podjetja. V tem diplomskem projektu bomo opisovali management nabave na praktičnem primeru podjetja Vobo d.o.o. Raziskovali bomo proces nabave, upravljanje zalog, skladiščenje zalog in računalniško podporo v nabavi znotraj tega podjetja. Ta področja bomo podrobno obdelali in izpostavili vse podrobnosti in njihove slabosti ter prednosti.

Title:Purchasing management in vobo company
Abstract:Buying products is an everyday thing for persons and for companies. It all starts with perception of needs and looking for ways to satisfy them. The more important the need is, the more time and effort will be put into looking for solutions to satisfy them. It is the same with companies where we have to satisfy a lot of needs in all the departments and people inside the company. The difference with companies is in its efficiency, economy and knowledge of purchasing management. Purchasing management has a big impact on competitiveness, success and efficiency of a company. It has to be connected with all departments of a company and all departments must work in favor of the company. In this graduation project we will describe purchasing management on a practical case of the company Vobo d.o.o. We will explore the purchasing proces, supply management, storiging goods and electronic support in purchasing management of this company. This fields will be processed in detail and all details will be exposed including their advantages and disadvantages.
