Abstract:
V delu govorim o organizaciji in organiziranju. Organiziranje v javnem sektorju je pomembno z več vidikov. Proučevana tematika je vpliv organizacije na učinkovito potekanje poslovnih procesov v podjetjih javnega značaja. Delo govori o organiziranju poslovnih procesov, ki so identični in ponavljajoči v več različnih javnih inštitucijah. Z organizacijskim modelom izvajanja poslovnih procesov javnega značaja obstaja možnost izboljšanja glede na to, da imamo za izvedbo delovnih nalog na voljo vse krajši čas in omejene resurse.

In my work I will discuss about organization and management. Organization in public sector is very important from many views. Studied topic is influence of organization on efficiency business process. With organizational model executing business process, public character exist possibility of improvements also if there is shored resources and shorter time.
