Abstract:	Diplomsko delo je zasnovano na podlagi načrtovanja nove serije univerzalnega kuhinjskega aparata MUM5UC. V dodatni pribor kuhinjskega aparata je vključen tudi mešalni vrč, ki ga zaradi specifičnih zahtev namestimo s pomočjo dodatnega okrova. Mešalni vrč skupaj z okrovom namestimo na zaklepno geometrijo aparata. Zaradi potreb po izpolnjevanju zahtev ameriškega trga je bila izvedena rekonstrukcija obstoječe tehnične rešitve okrova. Hkrati se je uvedel prehod na nov cenejši material – ABS. Kot rezultat diplomskega dela se je naročilo novo orodje za serijsko proizvodnjo.

Title:	Reconstruction of case mixer for kitchen machine
Abstract:	The diploma thesis is based on the design of a new series of a compact kitchen appliance MUM5UC. The appliance comes with a mixer, which, due to the specific requirements, can be affixed by means of an additional housing. The mixer and the housing are attached to the kitchen appliance with a special locking mechanism. To meet the US market requirements, the existing technical solution for the housing was reconstructed. Furthermore, a new, more affordable material was used, i.e. ABS. As a result of the diploma thesis, a new tool was ordered to enable serial production.
