Abstract:Kot vzgojitelji predšolskih otrok smo pri svojem delu v neposrednem stiku z otroki kot tudi z njihovimi starši. Vsaka vzgoja otroka se najprej začne v družinskem okolju in ima na otrokov razvoj pomemben vpliv. Pri tem je zelo pomemben tudi partnerski odnos in njegova spreminjajoča se dinamika. V diplomskem delu, ki je razdeljeno na dva dela, teoretičnega in empiričnega, smo raziskovali, kako se partnerski odnos spreminja skozi posamezna obdobja, v času pričakovanja in po rojstvu prvega otroka. Osredinili smo se predvsem na dinamiko partnerskega odnosa, vloge, ki jih partnerja v teh obdobjih sprejemata, na njun odnos, družinsko življenje ter ovire in strahove, s katerimi se soočata. Predstavljamo ugotovitve, do katerih smo prišli s kvalitativnim raziskovanjem s pomočjo polstrukturiranih intervjujev.

Title:Changes in a partnership after a childbirth
Abstract:As educators of preschoolers we work in close contact with children, as well as with their parents. Every child’s upbringing always starts in the family environment which has a significant impact on child development. In doing so, the parents’ relationship and its changing dynamics are very important. In the graduation thesis, which is divided into theoretical and empirical part, we investigated how the relationship changes through different periods, during the expectation and after the birth of the first child. We focused primarily on the dynamics of the partnership relationship, the roles that partners accept in these times, on their relationship, family life and on the obstacles and fears they faced in this period. We present the findings that we have come up with during qualitative research, through semi-structured interviews.
