Abstract:Izhodišča: v teoretičnem delu je najprej predstavljena forenzika v nujni medicinski pomoči. Intervju in simulacije smo opravili v Zdravstvenem domu Slovenska Bistrica.
Keywords:forenzika, nujna medicinska pomoč, materialni dokazi, sumljivi primeri ukrepanja in napake.

Title:Simulation of forensic cases in emergency medicine
Abstract:Starting point: In the theoretical part we first present Forensics in the Emergency Medical Treatment. We presented in which cases we talk about suspicious events and mistakes that arise. Research methodology: We continued on the basis of answers that represent cases in simulated setting. We have chosen volunteers, different materials as evidence and we performed different scenarios. We have approached and explained our research as much as possible, as well as all the details that arise at forensic sights, which mistakes may arise and what should medical staff be alert to. Data needed for empirical part of our master thesis are gained with the help of interviews and simulated cases. Interviews and simulations were done in Medical Centre Slovenska Bistrica. Results: We have found out that the employees of the Emergency Medical Treatment Slovenska Bistrica, have come across cases that indicate suspicious events. Everything was in order of the procedure and rules. If the person was alive, the evidence could be erased, because Emergency Medical Treatment saves lives. If the person was dead, material evidence were left behind and could be the cause of death. Conclusion: We can conclude that Slovenia as a safe country, has many cases that are consequences due to murder by accident. Emergency Medical Treatment often meets with events, which are unclear, suspicious and are result of criminal act. For the successful research of criminal acts the most important is the information gained as material evidence and also great help with quick and successful research.
Keywords:forensics, emergency medical treatment, material evidence, suspicious cases, actions and mistakes.
