Abstract:
Shizofrenija je bolezen, ki pri ljudeh povzroča predsodke, strah in občutke nelagodja, saj je kljub nasprotnim izkušnjam in dokazom še vedno ena izmed najbolj nerazumljenih bolezni. Predsodki in stigmatizacija pacientom otežujeta ali celo onemogočata socialno integracijo ter zaposlitev. Stigmatizacija je večinoma posledica napačne predstave bolezni v medijih. V diplomskem delu smo se osredotočili na raziskovanje poznavanja shizofrenije med študenti ekonomije in študenti zdravstvene nege.

Title:
Knowledge of schizophrenia among students
Abstract:
Schizophrenia is a disease that causes prejudices, fears and feelings of discomfort in people, as it is still one of the most incomprehensible diseases despite the experience and evidence. Prejudices and stigmatization make it difficult or even impossible for social integration and employment. Stigmatization is largely the result of misrepresentation in the media. In the diploma thesis we focused on researching knowledge of schizophrenia among students of economics and students of nursing care.
