Uvajajo različne tehnike in metode vitke proizvodnje.

Title:Total productive maintenance for reducing consumption of washing water within a filling line of cleaning products
Abstract:Customers’ satisfaction is crucial for companies that intend to exist and compete on the market. This is attained by offering customers the best quality at the lowest production costs in the shortest time possible. Various techniques and methods of lean production are used to achieve these goals. The company under consideration aimed at increasing the production efficiency by eliminating shutdowns, work accidents and inefficiencies through implementation of the TPM method (Total Productive Maintenance). Within this thesis a survey was performed about the application of the TPM method for reducing the consumption of washing water within a filling line of cleaning products. A catalog of washing processes for various semi-finished products was formulated. The duration of washing process for each semi-finished product was determined. An optimization was performed to determine the minimum required mass of semi-finished products that should be discarded before the next filling so that each semi-finished product would be of a good quality and satisfactory criteria. It was established that the duration of washing processes for the semi-finished products in the investigated production line was too long. It was concluded that the excessive quantities of semi-finished products were discarded in the drain. The analysis showed that during 20 working days the company reduced the consumption of washing water for 41 272 L. This corresponded to 46 % saving of washing water. The company could save 1 554 EUR per year on this line. These results could further motivate the company to implement the TPM and strive towards lean production.
