Abstract:Podjetja, ki želijo dan danes biti konkurenčni na trgu, so prisiljena k nenehnemu zniževanju stroškov in čim večji avtomatizaciji proizvodnje. Ob tem pa morajo strmeti k večji učinkovitosti in nenehnemu izboljševanju produktov. Zaradi veliko ročnega dela na pakirni liniji rondel in ostalih izsekanih oblik, smo poskušali vpeljati čim več avtomatizacije in s tem zmanjšati fizični napor na delavca (nalaganje paketov na linijo s pomočjo mostnega dvigala, pakiranje paketov, odstranjevanje poškodovanih izdelkov, nameščanje lesenih palet in pokrovov ter vezanje paketov). Ob delni avtomatizaciji smo skrajšali izdelovalni čas končnih izdelkov in zmanjšali stroške pakiranja, kar pripomore k visoki konkurenčnosti.

Title:Technological improvements in a discs packing line
Abstract:diCompetition between companies on today’s market is forcing companies to constantly reduce costs and maximize automation of production. At the same time, they should strive for greater efficiency and continual improvement of their products. Due to the large manual packing line of the rolled and other shape cuts of the extruded aluminium products, we tried to introduce as much automation as possible, thus reducing the physical effort per worker (loading packages on the line with the help of a bridge lift, packaging, removing damaged products, installing wooden pallets and covers, binding packages etc.). With partial automation, we shortened the production time of the final products and reduced packaging costs, which contributes to higher competitiveness. The purpose of the assignment is to study and improve the current packing line of the rolled and other shape cuts of the extruded aluminium products and thus reduce the cost of the production. That’s why at the beginning of the plan we have set goals for improving the packaging line for easier work. By increasing automation and robotizing the line, it would significantly increase the productivity of the line and reduce manual work. This would help to increase the company's income.
