Abstract:	V vsakem podjetju so osnovna sredstva (OS) nujno potrebna za njegovo nemoteno delovanje. Posledično je tako popis osnovnih sredstev za podjetje naloga, ki mora biti opravljena hitro, racionalno in s čim manjšimi stroški. Trenutno se zato v podjetju Aerodrom Ljubljana d.o.o. pri popisovanju zanašamo na črtno kodo, ker nam omogoča preglednost nad dejanskim stanjem osnovnih sredstev, vendar pa sam popis še vedno vzame veliko časa da se zaključi. V našem iskanju rešitve se je za naše potrebe kot najboljša alternativa izkazala RFID tehnologija. Zato smo v podjetju izvedli testno prenovo popisa osnovnih sredstev z omenjeno tehnologijo in tako na realnem primeru dokazali, da bi praktična uvedba RFID tehnologije podjetju prihranila kratkoročno tako čas kot človeško silo, dolgoročno pa denar, ker bi bil doslej obstoječi sistem zamenjan s hitrejšim in predvsem učinkovitejšim RFID, teoretično pa smo praktično dobljene dokaze podkrepili tudi s komparativno analizo črtne kode in RFID.

Title:	Reengineering of asset management process with RFID in Aerodrom Ljubljana d.o.o.
Abstract:	Fixed assets are indispensable for any enterprise and it’s smooth operation. As a result, the inventory of fixed assets is a task that must be done quickly, rationally and with minimal costs involved. In the company Aerodrom Ljubljana d.o.o. we are currently relying on the use of bar code, allowing us transparency in the actual overview as a whole, however the inventory itself still requires a lot of time to get done. In our search for a viable solution the RFID technology proved itself to be the most suitable for our needs. Therefore we conducted the trial renewal of the fixed assets inventory with aforementioned technology. Thus we proved on a real case that with the practical introduction of RFID technology the company would short term save both time and workforce, and money in long term, because the system they‘ve been using up until now would be replaced with a faster and much more efficient RFID one. Additionally we substantiated the practically obtained evidence with a theoretical comparative analysis of barcodes and RFID.
