Abstract:	Družbeno ekonomske spremembe so hitro odvijajoč se proces. Generira jih potreba po izdelkih, storitvah in delovni sili, kar terja mobilnost ljudi in predmetov. Pri tem se kaj malo zavedamo, da so pod težo neskončnih potreb in želja naše ceste vse bolj obremenjene. Posledica intenzivnega prometa je nezdravo okolje, kar močno vpliva na zdravje ljudi. Tako se je pojavila težnja, da promet peljemo v smeri, ki jo črta ekologija. Raziskovalne naloge smo se lotili v želji dodati drobec k izboljšanju kvalitete okolja Spodnje Savinjske doline, ki nam je dano na up. Prebivalcem smo ponudili anketne vprašalnike in dobili odgovore o njihovih potovalnih navadah. Rezultate smo prepletli z znanjem, pridobljenim s proučevanjem teorije. V veliko pomoč so nam bili obstoječi dokumenti lokalnih skupnosti, ki temeljijo na Celostni prometni strategiji Slovenije. Vse skupaj smo strnili v predlog novih linijskih povezav v regiji in spodbujanja kolesarjenja.

Title:	The establisment of public passenger transport in Lower Savinjska region
Abstract:	Socio-economic changes are a rapidly evolving process. They are generated by the need for products, services and workforce, which requires the mobility of people and objects. In doing so, we are little aware that under the weight of endless needs, our road is becoming more and more burdened. The result of intensive traffic is an unhealthy environment, which has a significant impact on human health. Thus, there was a tendency to drive traffic in the direction of the ecology. Research activities were undertaken in order to add a fragment to the improvement of the quality of the environment of the Lower Savinja Valley, which was given to us. We provided survey respondents with questionnaires and answers about their travel habits. The results were intertwined with the knowledge gained from studying the theory. The existing documents of local communities based on Slovenia's integrated transport strategy were of great help. We summarized the proposal of new regular connections in the region and promoting cycling.
