Abstract:Poporodna depresija je razširjen pojav, ki prizadene veliko število oseb po vsem svetu. Študije kažejo, da se poporodna depresija v prvem letu po porodu pojavi pri kar 21,9 % žensk, pojavlja pa se v različnih obdobjih, v različnih intenzitetah in pojavnih oblikah. Namen diplomskega dela je ugotoviti kakšne so možnosti za preprečevanje, odkrivanje in zdravljenje poporodne depresije v slovenskem prostoru.

Title:Prevention, detection and treatment of postpartum depression
Abstract:Postpartum depression (PPD or postnatal depression) is a widespread phenomenon that affects a large number of people worldwide. Studies show that postpartum depression occurs in as many as 21.9% of women in the first year after delivery, and occurs in different periods, in different intensities and manifestations. The purpose of the diploma work is to determine the possibilities for prevention, detection and treatment of postpartum depression in Slovenia.
