Abstract:	Če želijo podjetja obstati na trgu, morajo skrbeti za svojo konkurenčnost. Podjetja so lahko konkurenčna le, če dovolj investirajo v proizvodnjo. Več kot imajo podjetja dobička, več lahko investirajo, zato je pomembo, da imajo čim manjše stroške proizvodnje. Te lahko zmanjšajo z racionalizacijo dela. Z monetizacijo lahko prihranjen čas dela v proizvodnji ovrednotimo z denarjem. Tako smo v podjetje Centros d.o.o. vpeljali spletno aplikacijo za upravljanje z napakami na toplotnih črpalkah in njihovimi rešitvami, ki bi naj pomagala serviserjem podjetja skrajšati čas servisiranja. Pokazali smo, da so serviserji s pomočjo aplikacije bistveno skrajšali čas servisiranja ter tako prihranili denar podjetju.

Title:	Monetization of service and maintenance activities of Centros d.o.o. using a web application
Abstract:	If companies want to stay on the market, they need to take care of their competitiveness. Companies can compete only if they invest enough in production. More profit companies have, more they can invest, therefore it is important that they have as little production costs as possible. These can be reduced by streamlining work. With monetization, the time saved in production can be valued by money. Thus, we introduced a web application for managing heat pump errors and their solutions in the company Centros d.o.o. to help repairers shorten their service times. We have shown that repairers have significantly reduced the time of servicing with the help of the application and saved money to the company.
