Policisti so s svojim konstantnim izpostavljanjem travmatskim situacijam dodatno izpostavljeni možnosti razvoja posttravmatske stresne motnje.

Title:Posstraumatic stress disorder: childhood abuse and neglect
Abstract:The essence of the thesis is to combine the trauma of childhood with the development of post-traumatic stress disorder of an adult. Of course, not every individual who has been exposed to trauma during childhood will develop a post-traumatic stress disorder. The development of post-traumatic stress disorder is influenced by various factors and the individual's own resistance to stressful situations. It also has a great influence on the development of post-traumatic stress disorder, including the individual's lifestyle. With constant exposure to traumatic situations, police officers are additionally exposed to the development of post-traumatic stress disorder.
