Abstract:	Diplomsko delo ponuja vpogled v celoten proces dela oprtnega vlaka ter spremljajočo infrastrukturo, s strani podjetja Adria Kombi d.o.o. na relaciji Maribor – Wels ter ob tem izpostavlja pomanjkljivosti, ki se pojavljajo, tako znotraj procesa dela kakor tudi v spremljajoči infrastrukturi. V prvem delu smo izpostavili določena teoretična izhodišča, ki so pomembna za obravnavano tematiko. Tu smo definirali, kaj oprtni transport sploh pomeni, kam ga uvrščamo, kako se izvaja, kako je organiziran in katera so potrebna delovna sredstva oprtnega transporta. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili obstoječe stanje ter napravili kritično analizo. S pomočjo kritične analize smo izpostavili pomanjkljivosti znotraj tistih procesov dela, kjer smo opazili, da trenutno ne potekajo dovolj učinkovito, predvsem z vidika preglednosti nad opravljenim delom, kot tudi hitrosti in varnosti dela. Enako smo naredili tudi za spremljajočo infrastrukturo, ki je temelj za izvajanje storitve oprtnega vlaka. Za omenjene pomanjkljivosti smo nato predlagali ustrezne rešitve, jih predstavili in pojasnili, kaj bi z uvedbo teh rešitev pridobili.

Title:	Analysis of work processes of the piggyback train and its surrounding infrastructure
Abstract:	This thesis provides an insight into the entire process of the piggyback train and its accompanying infrastructure from the point of view of the Slovene company Adria Kombi d.o.o. on the route between Maribor and Wels. Moreover, it indicates deficiencies that appear in the work process and the accompanying infrastructure. First, the thesis focuses on theoretical starting points important for this subject matter. Furthermore, the definition of the piggyback transport is explained, as wells as its classification, how it is executed and organized, and which working mediums are necessary for the piggyback transport. Second, the current state was presented and a critical analysis was made. With the critical analysis, the deficiencies of the inefficient work processes are presented. These deficiencies occur due to transparency of the accomplished work, speed and work safety. Similarly was done for the accompanying infrastructure, which is the basis for executing the services of piggyback trains. Finally, for the above mentioned deficiencies appropriate solutions were presented and explained, what the piggyback train services would gain with the implementation of these solutions.
