Abstract:
V diplomskem delu so opisani koraki delodajalca pri iskanju novih sodelavcev. Podrobneje so predstavljeni koraki od objave prostega delovnega mesta do izbire primernega kandidata. Delodajalec mora biti pri svoji izbiri pozoren na več različnih kompetenc kandidatov. V delu so tudi navedene obveznosti in pravice delodajalca ter na drugi strani delavca. Pomembna je pravilna sklenitev pogodbe o zaposlitvi, zato so podrobneje predstavljene različne oblike pogodb. Z davčnega vidika bomo predstavili primerjavo med podjemno in avtorsko pogodbo. Z računovodskega vidika pa bomo naredili izračun plače za podjenmo in avtorsko pogodbo.

Title:
Choice and employment of the worker
Abstract:
My diploma work is about the employer’s steps at looking for new co-workers. The emphasis is on the steps from publishing a vacancy until the choice of a suitable candidate. An employer has to pay attention to many different competences of an employee. There are also duties and rights of an employer and an employee listed. Entering into contract correctly is very important so there are also different types of contracts presented. We are going to present the comparison between work contract and copyright contract from the tax point. From the accountancy point we are going to calculate the salary for both types of contracts.
