Abstract:
Z intenzivnostjo informacijsko komunikacijskih tehnologij (v nadaljevanju IKT) obseg podatkov o posameznikih nesluteno narašča. V delu diplomskem delu smo preučili vpliv Informacijskega pooblaščenca (v nadaljevanju IP) na uporabo in smeri razvoj IKT. Predstavili smo vlogo in naloge Informacijskega pooblaščenca, klasificirali in longitudinalno pregledali izdane odločbe 2010–2015 za področje dostopa do informacij javnega značaja in z metodo tematske mreže analizirali ključne odločbe. Zaznali smo, da se v ključnih primerih kaže vpliv na razvoj uporabe storitev informacijske družbe. Z intervjujem z namestnikom informacijske pooblaščenke smo poglobili strokovno in izkustveno razsežnost diplomskega dela. Ugotovili smo, da zasebnost kot pravica in vrednota ne bo izginila in da IKT postajajo osrednji nosilec naše identitete.

Title:
IMPLICATION ANALYSIS OF DECISIONS OF THE INFORMATION COMMISSIONER RELEVANT FOR INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES
Abstract:
With the intensity of information and communication technologies (hereinafter referred to as ICT), the amount of data about individuals is steadily increasing. In this thesis, we examined the influence of the Information Commissioner (hereinafter referred to as IP) on the use and direction of the development of ICT. We presented the role and tasks of the Information Commissioner, classified and examined longitudinally the issued 2010-2015 decisions in the area of access to public information and analyzed the key decisions using the thematic networks method. We observed that in the key cases there is an influence on the development of the use of information society services. Through an interview with the Deputy Information Commissioner, we deepened the professional and experiential dimension of the thesis. We have found that privacy, as a right and the value will not disappear and that ICTs are becoming the central point of our identity.
