Abstract:V poslovnem svetu v zadnjem desetletju prihaja do velikih sprememb.

Title:Electronic document signing on mobile devices: a case analysis
Abstract:There have been a lot of changes in the business world over recent decades. Companies choose to switch from traditional to electronic business, so called e-business. Electronic business has many advantages, some of them are listed in the presented diploma project. Primarily, we are focusing on the electronic signature, which can, in some cases, provide crucial optimization of business processes in the companies. In the diploma project, we examine an option to invoke electronic signing in the existing business processes. First, we analyze the option of using mobile devices for electronic signing of documents. Then, with the analysis of the processes in company TBS Team 24, we identify appropriate steps in the business process where the electronic signing could be employed. During the feasibility analysis, we identify that it is essential to include TBS Team 24 contractors in the business process redefinition, since they represent an important part in the operations of TBS Team 24. We assess that invoking electronic signing may provide only limited business implications, since the speed of the processes is also determined by other unrelated factors.
