Abstract:	Glavna tema diplomskega projekta so procesi in digitalizacija podjetja. Osredotočili smo se na proces digitalizacije v podjetju, ki zajema spremembo papirnatih dokumentov v digitalno obliko, da jo lahko urejamo s pomočjo računalnika. Zarisali smo tudi proces, s pomočjo katerega lahko uvedemo različne tehnologije in pripomoremo k še bolj digitalno podprtemu sistemu. To pripomore k boljšemu delovanju in poslovanju organizacije. Zarisali smo proces digitalizacije in idejo o procesu digitalne transformacije za uporabo v delovanju in poslovanju podjetja. Opredelili smo Industrijo 4.0, na kateri temelji ideja o digitalni transformaciji. Za tako velik projekt imajo podjetja možnost uporabe zunanjega izvajalca, zato bomo omenili projektiranje in s tem povezane zadeve. V vsakem primeru je smiselno narediti elaborat, ki bo pripomogel k boljši izvedbi. S pomočjo elaborata želimo predstaviti slabosti v delovnem procesu in kako se jim izogniti. Diplomski projekt je namenjen analizi in prikazu obstoječega delovnega procesa uvedbe digitalne tehnologije s poudarkom na organizacijski in procesni podpori. V izdelavi diplomske naloge želimo raziskati pomanjkljivosti in zastoje pri procesu ter ugotoviti sodobne načine. Namen tega dela je oblikovanje zasnove procesa digitalizacije, ki se bo začela z idejo o uvedbi digitalne tehnologije in končala z realizacijo te. Želimo predstaviti potek procesa digitalizacije in tudi zaris tega. Predstavili bomo značilnosti Industrije 4.0 in tehnologij v njej. Raziskovanje tega diplomskega projekta se bo pretežno osredotočalo na preučevanje procesov in organizacijskih modelov ter ugotavljanje praks s tega področja. Spoznanja in ugotovitve bomo primerjali in kombinirali, da dosežemo uporaben model za prakso. Uporabili smo deskriptivno metodo, ki se uporablja za opisovanje dejstev. S to metodo bomo preučevali pomen besed Industrija 4.0, digitalizacija, digitalna transformacija, procesi, modeliranje in projektiranje. Na koncu bomo spoznali vpliv digitalne tehnologije na organizacijo, zaris procesa in pomen procesa digitalizacije za podjetje. Ugotovili smo, da digitalizacija pripomore k izboljšavi delovanja in poslovanja podjetja in da je to univerzalno uporaben proces, namenjen vsem podjetjem.

Title:	Process of digitization in the company
Abstract:	The main topic of the diploma project is the processes in digitization. We focused on the process of digitization in a company, which involves the conversion of paper documents into digital form, so that it can be edited using a computer. We have outlined a process model of digitization and the idea of a digital transformation process for business use. We defined Industry 4.0, on which the idea of digital transformation is based. For such a large project, companies have the opportunity to use an outsource resources, so we will mention project planning. In any case if a company does it themselves or with help of other company, it makes sense to make a project elaborate, that will help to better perform. Using the study we wish to present the weaknesses in the work process and how to avoid them. The graduate project is intended for the analysis and presentation of the existing working process of digitization, the introduction of digital technology, with emphasis on organizational and process support. In preparing the diploma thesis, we want to investigate the shortcomings and delays in the process, and to find out modern ways of solving them. The theses will determine whether digitization helps improve business performance and is a universally applicable process for all companies. The purpose of this work is to design the concept of the digitization process, which will begin with the idea of introducing digital technology and end with its realization. We want to present the course of the digitization process and also the drawing of this. We will also present the characteristics of the industry 4.0 and technology in it. The research of this diploma project will mainly focus on the study of processes in organizational models and the identification of practices in this field. Findings will be compared and combined to achieve a useful model. We used the descriptive method used to describe the facts. With this method we will study the meaning of the words Industry 4.0, digitization, digital transformation, processes, modeling and design. In the end, we will determine the impact of digital technology on the organization, the process and the significance of the digitization process for the company.
