Abstract:V današnjem svetu raste pomen mobilnih naprav in s tem tudi mobilnih aplikacij, saj si brez njih življenja sploh več ne predstavljamo. Namenjene so, da nam olajšajo življenje zato jih uporabljamo dnevno za različne dejavnosti, kot naprimer za izvajanje vsakodnevnih opravkov, komunikacijo z ljudmi in med drugim tudi za spremljanje našega življenskega sloga. Zavedanje za zdravo življenje prav tako dan danes zelo narašča. Obstaja veliko pogledov na to kaj sploh zdravi življenski slog je, vendar je vsem skupno, da se vse začne pri prehrani in športu. S tem, ko imamo svoje mobilne naprave povsod s seboj, lahko z uporabo določenih mobilnih aplikacij za zdravje, svoj življenski slog preprosto spremljamo in ga tudi izboljšamo. V prvem delu, ki zavzema teoretični del, je predstavljena definicija zdravja, ki se deli na fizično in duševno. Prav tako so predstavljene mobilne aplikacije in njihova zgodovina ter nekaj statističnih podatkov o njihovi uporabi. Omenjena pa je tudi zgodovina pametnega telefona in mobilni operacijski sistemi. V drugem delu, ki predstavlja praktični del, pa so predstavljene tri mobilne aplikacije za zdravje, in sicer Samsung Health, Apple Health in 24alife. Nato še sledi primerjava na podlagi raznih funkcionalnosti aplikacij in načina prodaje izdelkov za zdravo življenje.

Title:Wellbeing mobile apps comparative analysis
Abstract:These days, the importance of mobile devices and mobile applications is growing, because we can not imagine our life without them anymore. They exist to make our lives easier, so we use them daily for various activities, such as daily tasks, communicating with people and also montoring our lifestyle. Awarenesss of healthy living is also increasing. There are many views on what is healthy lifestyle, but it is common for every view that it starts with diet and sports. Because we always have our mobile phones with us, we can easily monitor and improve our lifestyle using certain health applications. In the first part of this project, which is the theoretical part, the definition of health is described. Health has been divided into physical and mental health. This part is also devoted to the presentation of mobile applications, their history, and some statistics of their use. It is also mentioned about the history of smartphones and mobile operating systems. In the second part, which represents a practical part, three mobile health applications, which are Samsung Health, Apple Health and 24alife, are presented. Then follows a comparison based on their various functionality and the way applications are selling products for a healthy life.
