Abstract:	Skladišča predstavljajo pomembno področje vsakega gospodarskega podjetja. Temeljna dejavnost v skladišču je komisioniranje polizdelkov in drobnega materiala. Pri komisioniranju lahko nastopajo napake, ki vplivajo na stroškovno, kakovostno in časovno učinkovitost procesa. V okviru diplomskega dela smo predstavili obstoječe stanje skladiščnega poslovanja podjetja elektro industrije. Osrednja tema se je navezovala na zmanjševanje internih reklamacij v skladišču polizdelkov. Zaznali smo določene pomanjkljivosti, ki privedejo do neustreznega procesa komisioniranja in posledično internih reklamacij. Na podlagi ugotovitev vzročno-posledičnega diagrama smo za zaposlene v oddelku skladišča predlagali vpeljavo standardnega postopka uvajanja na novo zaposlenih, uvedbo internih izobraževanj zaposlenih in vodenje evidence o napakah zaposlenih. Kot izboljšavo na avtomatiziranem skladišču drobnega materiala smo predlagali nakup novih števnih tehtnic, za boljšo izkoriščenost vhodnega skladišča pa smo predlagali ponovno uporabo avtomatskega regalnega sistema Kardex. Z omenjenimi predlogi bomo zmanjšali interne reklamacije, izboljšali proces komisioniranja in delovno uspešnost zaposlenih.

Title:	Decrease of internal claims in the warehouse of a company in electro industry
Abstract:	Warehouses are an important area of very business. The basic activity in the warehouse is the order picking of semi-finished products and fine material. When ordering, errors that can affect the cost, quality and time of the process may occur. In the course of the degree thesis we presented the existing state of the warehouse business of the company of the electrical industry. The central theme was related to the reduction of internal complaints in the warehouse of semi-finished products. We have identified certain deficiencies that lead to inadequate order picking process and consequently internal complaints. On the basis of the findings of the cause and effect diagram, we proposed to the employees of the warehouse department the standard procedure for introducing new employees, internal training of employees and keeping a record of employees' mistakes. As an improvement in the automated storage of fine material, we proposed the purcase of new counting scales, and for better utilization of the warehouse we proposed the re-use of the Kardex automatic racking system. With these proposals we will reduce internal complaints, improve the order picking process and the performance of employees.
