Kontrolor in balanser letal zadosti Load Control zahtevam letalskega prevoznika skozi planiranje razporeditve tovora, nadzorom ter natovarjanjem letala in koordinacijo oskrbe letala.

Title:Balancing and load control process of the aircraft at ljubljana airport
Abstract:We live in a time where there are more than 100.000 passanger and cargo aircrafts in the air every day. For building a successful business, airlines must ensure that their aeroplanes are used as frequently and efficiently as possible. One of the rules in the airline business is that the time when the plane is not flying on its route and is parked at its airport position, is the lost time of the aircraft in which airlines lose their money. Unfortunately we cannot use passenger and cargo aircrafts the same as we do other means of transportation. We cannot just board the passenger and cargo, fill the tank fuel and send the aircraft on its way. There is a very important process in the air transport that by following the airline rules enables safe and efficient flights - Load Control process. It is done prior to every flight on each aircraft and is in the Ljubljana airport reserved for specially trained employees - load control agents. These agents have to calculate a correct mass and balance of the aircraft in order to ensure a safe and thorough Load Control process in the computer program Altea. Throughout this process the load control agent has to meet the demands of the airline with coordinating the aircraft supply, planning cargo layout and supervising its loading.
