Abstract:Diplomsko delo analizira in raziskuje povezavo med kreativnostjo zaposlenih in inovativnostjo v podjetjih. Kadar govorimo o motivaciji si človek velikokrat postavlja vprašanja: Zakaj nekaj delam?, Kaj me motivira za to delo? V sklepnem delu diplomskega dela so predstavljena ključna spoznanja in ugotovitve spodbujanja inovativnosti zaposlenih.

We live in a world that is changing rapidly so innovation is considered as a key factor for business to survive. Understanding innovation is based on the perception and evaluation of innovation in the socioeconomic environment. So we can say, that to understand innovation, we have to know what is society's attitude to innovation, creativity, inventiveness, taking risks and the culture of innovation. The individual's innovation is closely related to motivation and creativity. Motivation is an internal process, a kind of momentum, action, power, readiness that forces a person to do things that satisfy his needs. When we talk about motivation, people ask themselves: Why do I do something ?, What motivates me for this work? If people are not motivated, they can´t meet their needs, and they are not able to perform any activity. Work motivation enables employees to pursue their own goals as well as common organizational goals. In the working environment, motivation is a kind of tool for controlling an individual's activity in the desired direction. One of the definitions of creativity is that creativity is a characteristic of a person who creates new ideas, alternatives, solutions and possibilities in a unique and different way. It is about the ability to create something unpredictable, original and unique, and it must have been created with something distinctive and imaginative.
