Keywords:ženske podjetnice, ekosistem za podjetništvo, podporne institucije, pomen podpore.

Title:Analysis of the supportive environment for women entrepreneurship in Slovenia
Abstract:The purpose of the thesis was to examine and to analyse the support environment for women's entrepreneurship in Slovenia. There was also a research about the Slovenian ecosystem for entrepreneurship carried out and the conclusion was that Slovenia developed a very good support system for entrepreneurship compared to other countries. Businessmen build an important part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and following institutions: Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia, Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia, Public Agency of the Republic of Slovenia SPIRIT, Enterprise Europe Network, Institute for the Development of Social Responsibility and others. Slovenian women have the same possibilities for business opportunities as men but in practice we can see that there are more men than women working in business. According to the research carried out by the supportive environment for women's entrepreneurship in Slovenia we came to the conclusion that there are supportive institutions or programmes in Slovenia, but unfortunately there are only few that are mend for businesswomen. Some of them are: Association of Slovenian Business Women, Association of Female Managers, Centre for Entrepreneurship »Zaupam vase«, Network MEMA, 500 Female Entrepreneurs. The conclusion is that, in general, there is a lack of business incubators in Slovenia intended only for female entrepreneurs and there is also not enough support which would connect both business aspect and the aspect of a woman, who has the role of a mother and housewife.
