Abstract:Znanje je nekaj, česar nam nihče ne more vzeti.

Title:Training and development of human resources with logistical profession
Abstract:Knowledge is something that from us no one can take. Education has today in the world extremely great importance, on the basis of professional education we can work. Of course, it is also important the fact that the education is appropriately combined with the practice. One without the other just won't do it. The companies are even more aware of that, because they have to invest a lot of money into education of employees. The job market is heavily flooded, which means that there are lots of people with different knowledge and experience. It may happen that the company simply does not get knowledge, and ecperience at the same time. However, there are employees that have a high degree of motivation, but not enough knowledge for successfully working. The companies, which are investing in such employees have many advantages. One of the most important problems in global organisations is the lack of educated personnel from the fields of logistics and supply chains. This lack will be reflected not only in areas such as transportation, work in the warehouses and manage material and resources, but also in the areas of procurement, planning, analysis, leadership and management of warehouses and similar executive logistics areas. Today is on market sufficient number of training for each company for their employees on the logistics functions.
