Abstract:Storitve so postale vsakdanja spremljevalka vsakega posameznika. V diplomskem projektu smo v teoretičnem delu opredelili, kaj so storitve, kaj so nove storitve, predstavili smo trende v storitvah, souporabo storitev in souporabo koles nasploh. V diplomski projekt smo vključili tudi primer souporabe koles v Podčetrtku. Menili smo namreč, je ta storitev nova v Sloveniji. Teoretični del smo zaključili s poglavjem, v katerem smo opredelili stališča in vedenje strank. V empiričnem delu smo z anketo preverjali, kaj anketiranci razumejo pod pojmom »souporaba storitev«, raziskali smo mnenje strank o sistemu souporabe koles in o projektu souporabe koles v Podčetrtku.

Title:Co-Sharing service as a new service in a bike sharing study in Podčetrtek
Abstract:Services have become common in every person’s life. This is usually the reason why we tend to forget about the fact how they play an increasingly important role in our lives. Due to constant changes in our daily lives we often do not even react to them or consider them as changes anymore. Nevertheless, they occur constantly. In the beginning of this final thesis the aims have been set in two levels. The first level deals with the theoretical part and the second level deals with the empirical, investigative part. The theoretical part defines services in general and describes the characteristics of the new services. We have presented the trends in the field of services, the shared use of services and bike sharing in general. The thesis includes a practical case of bike sharing in Podčetrtek as we believe it is a new type of service in Slovenia. The theoretical part has been concluded with a chapter defining the views and knowledge of the clients. In the empirical part we have used a questionnaire to check what the interviewees understand as “shared use of services”. We have researched the clients’ opinion of the bike sharing system in the bike sharing project in Podčetrtek.
