Abstract:	Prirejanje iger na srečo in z prirejanjem povezan zakon o igrah na srečo je področje od katerega sta v veliki meri odvisni Fundacija za financiranje športnih organizacij in Fundacija za financiranje invalidskih in humanitarnih organizacij. Koncesijske dajatve so namreč namenjene v določenem delu tema fundacijama. Vplivajo pa igre v neki meri tudi na davčne tokove države. Igre na srečo imajo tudi negativne posledice kot je odvisnost od iger na srečo in kriminalna dejanja. Država se je primorana v borbi proti tem problemom borit z boljšimi predpisi in zakonodajo. Ker je slovenski zakon pogosto tema kritik s strani posameznikov in pa tudi Evropske komisije nam bo cilj v nalogi raziskati področje kritik in če so kritike utemeljene. Analizirali bomo pogled oziroma strategijo države glede področja. Primerjamo urejenost iger na srečo v dveh izbranih državah Evropske Unije. Preučili pa bomo tudi predlog zakona, ki naj bi odpravljal finančne in sistemske pomanjkljivosti.

Title:	Legal and financial aspects of organizing gambling in Slovenia
Abstract:	The organisation of gambling and the regulation of the related gambling law are areas which the Foundation for financing sports organizations and the Foundation for financing disability and humanitarian organisations, are largly dependent on. Namely, licence fees are intended in a given part for these foundations. The gambling also influences the tax flows to the state to some extent. Gambling also has negative consequences, such as problem gambling and criminal activity. The regulator is forced to fight this problem with better regulations and legislation. Because the Slovenian law is often subject to criticisem by individuals and the European Commission the objective will be to investigate the field of criticism and if the criticism is justified. We will analyze the country`s vision or strategy regarding the area. We compare the regulation of gambling in two selected countries of the European Union. We will also examine the proposed bill, which is supposed to address financial and systemic deficiencies.
