| Abstract: | V diplomski nalogi je bila preverjena ustreznost izbire materiala valjčnic v peči za predgrevanje aluminijastih drogov. Izvedena je bila toplotna in konstrukcijska analiza trenutnega stanja ter mikrostrukturna karakterizacija materiala iz katerega so narejene valjčnice. Analiza materiala je razkrila dvofazno mikrostrukturo v kateri se avstenitna matica pojavlja v obliki dendritov, v meddentritnem prostoru pa se nahaja δ-ferit. Analiziran je bil tudi vpliv δ-ferita ter drugih mikrostrukturnih elementov na obrabno odpornost valjčnic. |
