Abstract:	V diplomskem delu smo raziskali področje krožnega gospodarstva ter izvajanje le-tega znotraj držav EU-13. Z izvajanjem krožnega gospodarstva bi države postale bolj konkurenčne ter bi imele manjši, negativen vpliv na okolje. Cilji diplomskega dela so ugotovitev prisotnosti izvajanja krožnega gospodarstva v državah članicah EU-13, predvsem na osnovi strateških in političnih usmeritev, ki so bile spodbujene s strani Evropske komisije in parlamenta, preučevanje priložnosti, izzivov in ovir izvajanja načel krožnega gospodarstva ter predstavitev konkretnih predlogov za boljše vključevanje krožnega gospodarstva v državah EU-13. S pomočjo različnih virov smo razdelali pojem krožnega gospodarstva ter pripomogli k boljšemu razumevanju le-tega. Vključevanje krožnega gospodarstva v politične strategije je pomembno za nadaljnji razvoj države. Vključevanje krožnega gospodarstva znotraj držav lahko izboljšamo s pomočjo finančnih spodbud. Diploma je napisana z uporabo opisne metode, s katero smo predstavili teoretično ozadje in definicije. Uporabili smo tudi kvalitativno raziskavo in primerjalno metodo. Title:	Implementation of circular economy in member states eu-13
Abstract:	In the diploma thesis, we have investigated the area of the circular economy and its implementation within the EU-13 countries. By implementing a circular economy, countries would become more competitive and have less negative impact on the environment. The aim of the diploma thesis is to establish the presence of the circular economy in the EU-13 countries, primarily on the basis of strategic and policy orientations encouraged by the European Commission and the Parliament, the study of the opportunities, challenges and obstacles to the implementation of the principles of the circular economy, and the presentation of concrete proposals for better integration of the circular economy in the EU-13 countries. With help of various sources, we developed the concept of a circular economy and helped understand it better. The integration of the circular economy into political strategies is important for the further development of the country. The inclusion of a circular economy within countries can be improved through financial incentives. The diploma is written using the descriptive method, with which we presented the theoretical background and definitions. We also used qualitative research and comparative method. It is established that the outlines of the circular economy are present in all EU-13 countries, among which Slovenia stands out most.
