Abstract:Dostopni turizem je del turistične ponudbe, ki omogoča, da lahko vsak človek uporablja turistične storitve neodvisno in dostojanstveno. V Evropski uniji ljudje s posebnimi potrebami predstavljajo rastoči trg. Pričakuje se, da bo število še raslo. Problem nastaja pri tem, da se invalidi in ljudje s posebnimi potrebami ne odločajo za preživljanje prostega časa na turističnih destinacijah zaradi prevelikih razlik in ovir v ravni dostopa. Da bi preprečili, da se takšna vrsta diskriminacije dogaja, je pomembno, da se osredotočamo na ovire za dostop na turističnih destinacijah, ne pa na posameznikove oslabitve. Pomembno je, da se zavedamo, da je potovanje kot del človekovega preživljanja prostega časa pravica vsakega človeka in da bi izboljšana dostopnost prinesla koristi posamezniku in pripomogla k družbeni integraciji.

Title:Analysis of Terme Tuhelj from the perspektive of accessible tourism and guidelines for further business
Abstract:Accessible tourism is a part of tourist supply that enables that each person can use tourist services independently and with dignity.In the European Union people with disabilities represent a growing part of market and it is expected that the number will continue to grow. The problem lies in the fact that disabled people and people with special needs do not decide on spending leisure time on tourist destinations due to too many differences and barriers in the level of access. In order to prevent such type of discrimination to going on it is important that we focus on barriers to access tourist destinations and not to individuals' impairments.It is important that we are aware that travelling as a part of free time is the right of every human being and that improved accessibility would bring benefits to the individual and that it would help in social integration.
