Abstract:Smo v časih, ko je vedno bolj pomembno, kako se obnašamo do okolja. Pomembno je, da smo naravnani trajnostno, kar pomeni, da s svojo dejavnostjo čim manj obremenjujemo okolje, da prispevamo k njegovi ohranitvi in da stremimo k stalni izboljšavi svojega delovanja. Kot drug izziv za podjetje bi pa bilo sočasno znižanje stroškov, čemur sledi optimizacija določenih procesov. Cilj diplomskega dela je znižati stroške v podjetju in zmanjšati vpliv na okolje, kar bomo dosegli s predlaganimi rešitvami v diplomski nalogi. Rešitve bodo preproste in ravno v tem je motivacija tako za nas kot tudi za druge, da se jih bodo držali. Kot drugi motivator bodo pa predstavljeni pozitivni učinki na okolje, katerih bodo predvsem na dolgi rok deležni vsi. Poglavje v diplomski nalogi bomo namenili tudi izobraževanju zaposlenih na področju ekološke inteligence in temu, kako lahko sami pripomorejo k čistejšemu okolju.

Title:Improvement of waste management in a company x
Abstract:We are living in times, when it is more and more important the way we contribute to environment. It is crucial, that we take environmental attitude, because that is the right way not to load environment with more wastes as it can handle. Also, it is important that we contribute to its preservation and look forward to constant improvement of our acting. As the second challenge for the company would be lower the costs one step at the time, which leads to optimization of several processes. A goal of this graduation thesis is to make lower costs and to reduce the effects on the environment, which we will reach with the suggestions through our work. The solutions will be simple and exactly there is the motivation for all of us, to take one step closer to more conscious decision. And as the second motivator would be represented the positive effects on environment, which will be on a long term, enriched everyone. A chapter in the graduation thesis we will dedicate to employee education on part of ecologically intelligence and how they can contribute to cleaner environment.
