Abstract:	Management in managerji so specifična potreba vseh institucij. Management je danes namenjen predvsem izvajanju medsebojno povezanih dejavnosti, ki so sistematično urejene in imajo določen red. Z vidika funkcioniranja predstavlja dejavnosti, ki jih je potrebno zagotoviti na funkcionalnih področjih podjetja. Projektni management je podlaga event-managementa. Vsak dogodek moramo dojemati in oblikovati kot samostoječ projekt in ga planirati ter organizirati po metodah projektnega managementa. Projekt je časovno omejena, relativno inovativna in tvegana naloga. Zaradi svoje težavnosti in pomena običajno zahteva projektno upravljanje. V diplomskem projektu smo raziskali teoretične vidike managementa ter event-managementa. V nadaljevanju smo predstavili projekt »Študentski bogračfest v Mariboru« po fazah organiziranja določenega projekta ter nato rezultate izvedbe omenjenega projekta. Študentski bogračfest v Mariboru je projekt Kluba študentov Lendava in se organizira kontinuirano že od leta 2004 naprej. Projektno vodenje slednjega omogoča kakovostno izvedbo, kontroling pa pregled postavljenih ciljev. Omenjeni funkciji projektnega vodenja sta poleg ostalih predstavljeni v samem diplomskem projektu.

Title:	A management concept performance of the student
Abstract:	Management and Managers are the specific needs of all institutions. Today, Management is dedicated primarily to the implementation of interconnected activities that are systematically regulated and have a certain order. In terms of functioning, it represents the activities that need to be provided in the functional areas of the company. Project management is the basis of event-management. Each event must be perceived and shaped as a stand-alone project, planned and organized according to project management methods. The project is a time-limited, relatively innovative and risky task. Because of its difficulty and importance, it usually requires project managing. In our thesis, we studied the theoretical aspects of management and event-management. In the continuation, we presented the project the Student ''Bogračfest'' in Maribor, after the phases of organizing a specific project, and the results of the implementation of the project. The student »bogračfest« in Maribor is a project of the Lendava Student's Club and has been organized continuously since 2004. Project managing of the latter enables a high-quality implementation, while controlling the review of the set goals. These functions of project management are presentet in addition to others in the thesis below.
