Abstract:	V magistrskem delu so predstavljene teoretične osnove planiranja prometa. Eden izmed korakov v procesu planiranja prometa je prometna raziskava. Osnovni pristop k prometni raziskavi je prometni model. S prometnim modelom lahko napovemo stanje cestnoprometnih tokov v prihodnosti. Namen magistrske naloge je bil ugotoviti, ali je metoda faktorjev rasti primerna za napovedovanje cestnoprometnih tokov ter kakšen vpliv imajo socioekonomski podatki na napovedovanje le-teh.

Title:	Impact of socioeconomic data on forecasts of road traffic flows
Abstract:	The master’s thesis presents the theoretical basis of transportation planning. One of the steps in transportation planning process is transportation research. The basic approach to transportation research is the transportation model. Using the transportation model, we can predict the state of road traffic flows in the future. The purpose of the master's thesis was to determine whether the method of growth factors is suitable for forecasting road traffic flows and to determine the impact of socio-economic data on the forecasting.
