V uporabi sistema e-Naročanja so predvladovali moški.

Title:The analysis of e-ordering system for specialist medical reviews at the University clinic of pulmonary and allergic diseases Golnik
Abstract:In 2017, Slovenia introduced a single information solution called e-Reference and the e-Subscription system. With e-Reference patients no longer need to physically send green paper forms to hospitals, and healthcare professionals do not need to manually retype the information from the form to the hospital information system, because all important information is already included on it. For proper communication and "forwarding" of e-Reference, the e-Subscription system has been established. This system enables patients to easily order a health service on the basis of a list of providers of healthcare services only by using the e-Napotnica number. Since these services are completely new, we wanted to check the use of the e-Subscription system in practice. We made the analysis for the Pulmonary clinics in the field of University Clinic of Respiratory and Allergic Diseases Golnik. We found that in 2017, 8,000 orders were received in total, of which less than 5% were made through the e-Subscription system. The use of the e-Subscription system was dominated by men. The average age of a man who used e-Subscription was 48 years and for women, 44 years. We could not confirm links between waiting days and order type. In general, the use of e-Subscription has increased over the course of the year, and its growth is expected in the future. In the clinic waiting room, a questionnaire was also distributed to patients for the purpose of determining their perception of the e-Subscription system. 69% of respondents confirmed that they were acquainted with e-Subscription prior to ordering in the clinic, and most often they were informed by the referring physician.
