Abstract:Za zagotovitev zanesljivosti obratovanja elektroenergetskega sistema (EES), mora imeti upravljalec elektroenergetskega sistema na voljo podatke o zanesljivosti obratovanja EES. Obratovalna stanja so določena z uporabo različnih optimizacijskih algoritmov (DE, GA in PSO) v programskem paketu MATLAB. Predstavljena je primerjava določitve različnega števila karakterističnih obratovalnih stanj.

Title:Optimization algorithms applied for determining the operation states required for reliability calculation of the power system operation
Abstract:To ensure operation reliability of electric power system (EPS), an operator of EPS needs to have information about its reliability at his/her disposal. For a couple of years now, we have been able to obtain data with calculations in NEPLAN software. One of the ingoing information for calculation of operation reliability in NEPLAN is also operating condition of EPS (production, use and transfer of electric power). Because every combination of production, use and transfer represents its own operating condition, it is necessary to determine typical operating conditions of EPS. Typical operating condition can be determined by in advance specified limits of power zones from the sequence of data (production, use and transfer of electric power). In this master’s thesis typical operating conditions are determined, which serve as a means of further analysis of operation reliability of EPS. Operating conditions are determined by the use of different optimization algorithms (DE, GA, PSO) in MATLAB software. A comparison of determining different number of typical operating conditions is presented.
