Title:Uporaba samostalnika pri otrocih s polževim vsadkom

Abstract:Cilji magistrske naloge je preveriti, ali otroci, ki so uporabniki polževega vsadka znajo pravilno uporabljati samostalnik ter ugotoviti, ali različni dejavniki, kot so čas in vzrok oglušelosti, starost ob vstavitvi ter vrsta polževega vsadka, vplivajo na uporabo samostalnika pri otrocih, ki imajo polžev vsadek. V vzorec testirancev je bilo zajetih 15 otrok v starosti od 6. do 16. leta. Vsi so uporabniki polževega vsadka. Vzorec je dokaj majhen, ampak zajema večino otrok v omenjeni starosti, ki so bili operirani v Mariboru. Zaradi majhnosti vzorca so ugotovitve s težavo posplošene na celotno populacijo, temveč veljajo le za otroke, ki so zajeti v raziskavo. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da glede na spol ni razlike pri uporabi samostalnika pri otrocih s polževim vsadkom. Razlike se opazijo glede na starost otrok in čas vstavitve polževega vsadka.

Title:The use of nouns by students with cochlear implant
Abstract:The aim of the master's thesis is to check whether children who are using the cochlear implant are able to use the noun properly and to determine whether various factors, such as time and cause of deafness, age at implantation, type of cochlear implant, affect the use of noun in children with cochlear implant. The sample of test subjects included 15 children aged 6 to 16 years. They are all users of the cochlear implant. The sample is fairly small, but covers most of the children of the aforementioned age who were implanted in Maribor. Because of the small size of the sample, the findings are difficult to generalize to the whole population, and can be applied only to the children included in the survey. The results of the study showed that according to gender, there is no difference in the use of the noun in children with cochlear implants. Differences are observed according to the age of children and the time of implantation of the cochlear implant.
