Abstract:
Energetsko učinkovita gradnja predstavlja pomembno področje v skrbi za čistejše okolje in varčevanje z naravnimi viri. Javne stavbe predstavljajo velik potencial za prihranke energije in ena izmed teh stavb je tudi Šolski center Celje. V magistrski nalogi je predstavljeno teoretično področje upravljanja z energijo v javnem sektorju, energetski pregled zgradbe Šolskega centra Celje in energetsko poročanje na portalu ministrstva za infrastrukturo. Pri energetskem pregledu so nakazane možnosti učinkovite rabe energije oziroma zmanjšanje stroškov ogrevanja, porabe električne energije in zemeljskega plina. Predlagani ukrepi so ločeni na organizacijske in investicijske ukrepe ter vplivajo na učinkovito rabo energije in znižanje stroškov.

Title:
Energy management of the school center celje
Abstract:
Energy efficient construction has an important role in the care of a cleaner environment and saving natural resources. Public buildings represent a great potential for energy savings, and one of these buildings is the School Center Celje. The master's thesis presents a theoretical field of energy management in the public sector, energy review of the building of the School Center Celje and energy reporting on the portal of the Ministry of Infrastructure. Energy audit indicate possibilities of efficient use of energy or reduction of heating, electricity and natural gas consumption costs. The proposed measures are separated into organizational and investment measures and affect efficient use of energy and reduce costs.
