Title:Prenova procesa pri sprejemu slovensko govorečega darovalca v nemško govoreči organizaciji

Abstract:Izhodišča, namen: Predstavljena organizacija se ukvarja s pridobivanjem krvne plazme v nemško govorečem okolju. Ker v njej narašča tudi število slovensko govorečih darovalcev, se temu sproti prilagaja. Problem nastane, ko je slovensko govoreči darovalec sprejet s strani nemško govorečega izvajalca in je zaradi ovir v komunikaciji poslan nazaj v čakalnico ter mora počakati na prostega slovensko govorečega izvajalca. Namen je bil organizaciji prikazati odstopanja pri procesu sprejema slovensko govorečega darovalca ter podati predlog prenove z poenostavitvijo procesa z uvedbo nove informacijske tehnologije. Raziskovalne metode: Odločili smo se za analitično metodo raziskovanja na podlagi procesne in časovne analize. Z uporabo programskega orodja ARIS smo predstavili obstoječe strukture in procese v organizaciji, posnetek obstoječega stanja, kritično analizo ter podali predlog prenove procesa sprejema. Rezultati: S procesno analizo smo dokazali, da bi z uvedbo novega IT progama »SPREJEM« bila odpravljena komunikacijska ovira med nemško govorečim izvajalcem in slovensko govorečim darovalcem in bi s tem odpravili povratno zanko vračanja slovenskega darovalca nazaj v čakalnico. S časovno analizo smo dokazali, da bi se sprejem slovensko govorečega darovalca z uvedbo novega IT programa »SPREJEM« skrajšal. Diskusija in zaključek: Uspeli smo potrditi prednosti uvedbe nove informacijske tehnologije, kar bi bila za organizacijo dolgoročna pridobitev. Zaradi preprostosti in enostavnosti rešitve, smo proces prenove predstavili izbrani organizaciji z namenom njegove implementacije v vsakodnevno prakso.

Title:Re-engineering of the admission process of a slovenian-speaking donor in a german-speaking organisation
Abstract:Starting points, purpose: The organization in question is engaged in the collection of blood plasma through plasmapheresis in a German-speaking environment. Because the number of Slovene-speaking donors in the organization has been increasing, the organization has been regularly adapting to this situation. The problem arises when a German-speaking employee admits a Slovenian-speaking donor and sends him back to the waiting room because of the barriers in communication where they have to wait for a free Slovenian-speaking employee. The purpose was to show the organization the deviations in the admission process of a Slovenian-speaking donor and to present a proposal for the simplification of the process with the introduction of new information technology. Research methods: We chose the analytical research method based on process and temporal analysis. Using the ARIS software tool, we presented the existing structures and processes in the organization, a recording of the existing situation, a critical analysis, and presented a proposal for a re-engineered admission process. Results: Through the process analysis we proved that the introduction of the new "ADMISSION" IT program would eliminate the communication barrier between the German-speaking employee and the Slovenian-speaking donor. By using it, there would be no need to send Slovenian-speaking donors back to the waiting room. With the temporal analysis we proved that the admission process of a Slovene-speaking donor would be shortened with the new "ADMISSION" IT program. Discussion and conclusion: We were able to confirm the advantages of the introduction of new information technology, which would have long-term benefits for the organization. The solution to the problem is simple and easy and therefore, we presented the re-engineered process to the organization in question with the aim of implementing it in their everyday practice.
