Raziskovalna metodologija: Pri kvalitativnem raziskovanju so uporabljena deskriptivna ali etnografska metoda. Pri kvantitativnem raziskovanju so uporabljena metoda anketiranja in primerjalna analiza. Za pregled in analizo literature smo uporabili spletni iskalnik Google učenjak, spletne strokovne baze podatkov Medline, PubMed, Mendeley's catalog, Wiley online library, Cochrane library, kooperativni bibliografski sistem COBISS in ScienceDirect. Do člankov na podatkovnih bazah smo dostopali preko oddaljenega dostopa. Pridobljene podatke smo statistično obdelali z pomočjo programa Microsoft Excel in programa IBM SPSS Statistics 20.

Title:The importance of correct ergonomic posture when implementing hippotherapy
Abstract:Background: Ergonomic approaches are so important in health sciences. Equally important and in the implementation of siding therapies. Hypotherapy is a physiotherapy on a horse that affects the physical and mental ability of people. The three-dimensional movement of the horse's body is transferred to hip movement throughout the human body, the last being an ergonomic correct posture. So, the goals are achieved over time. Research Methodology: A qualitative research uses a descriptive or ethnographic method. In quantitative research, the survey method and comparative analysis were used. For the review and analysis of the literature, we used the Google Scholar search engine, the Medline web-based expert database, the PubMed, the Mendeley's catalog, the Wiley online library, the Cochrane library, the collaborative bibliographic system COBISS and ScienceDirect. We accessed articles on databases via remote access. The obtained data was statistically processed using Microsoft Excel and IBM SPSS Statistics 20. Results: The study involved 20 parents and 13 health workers. The results showed that the correct ergonomic position of a child in the implementation of hypothermia is very important, since it almost does not occur without one another. In all children, the posture and mental health improved during hypotherapy. Conclusion: During the research, our assumptions have been confirmed that nurses have little or no knowledge of hypotherapy to advise parents how they can help their children.
