Abstract:Vsako podjetje danes znižuje stroške in povečuje konkurenčnost na trgu.

Title:Optimization of the vulcanization working process of the holder with a hexagonal plate
Abstract:Nowadays every business reduces costs and increases competitiveness on the market. Flexibility of production programme influences competitiveness, therefore the company is ready to focus on specific knowledge, habits and, above all, costs, which helps company to optimize its production. With certain methods and their tools we can greatly influence the productivity and optimal costs, so that the client can trust the subscriber earlier and easier. In the master's thesis we focus on the optimization of a working process of vulcanization of the holder with a hexagonal plate. The thesis presents the use of lean production and its tools, such as process of efficiency of the OEE, which is nowadays becoming more important for companies. The use of ergonomics is shown, since the workplace is not optimally regulated. With discovered results we optimized the work process based on the critical activity and considering that we designed a new breakthrough device for breaking out the products from the tool. The calculation of the norm has shown that the proper use of methods makes a significant contribution to the reduction of manufacturing time.
