Raziskovalna metode: Z osnovnim pregledom, analizo in sintezo strokovne literature smo opisali dejstva o depresiji in projektu referenčnih ambulant družinske medicine. Rezultate smo pridobili z aritmetično sredino, ANOVO in Spearmanov/Pearsonov koeficient s pomočjo IBM SPSS programom in le te ponazorili v obliki frekvenčnih tabel in grafikonov s pomočjo programa Microsoft Excel.

Title:Treatment of depressive patients in reference clinics
Abstract:The master's thesis describes the role of a graduate nurse in a reference family medicine clinic when treating a depressed patient. In this study the need for additional knowledge, the importance of cooperation between team members in terms of obtaining information when dealing with a depressed patient is being addresed. Research methods: With Basic examination, analysis and synthesis of professional literature description of the facts about depression and the project of reference clinics for family medicine was made. With the survey questionnaire, which was carried out using the online web survey tool 1KA, we obtained a quantitative part of the research. The results were obtained with the arithmetic mean, ANOVO and Spearman/Pearson coefficient using the IBM SPSS program and illustrated in the form of frequency tables and graphs using Microsoft Excel. Results: The results showed that graduated nurses agree in general that good communication, mutual relationships and patient information transfer are established in the health and nursing team. The analysis did not show the difference in the answers of the surveyed graduated nurses relative to the regions in Slovenia when treating a depressed patient in the reference family medicine clinic. The shorter working time of graduate nurses is not statistically related to the most important cause of graduated nurses, that they do not feel sufficiently trained to treat a depressed patient in a reference family medicine clinic. Discussion and conclusion: Graduated nurses propose improvements in the field of education, they want more expert consultations and workshops for the whole team of family medicine reference clinics.
