Abstract:V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali prenovo procesa oskrbe z materialom v Zdravstvenem domu Radlje ob Dravi. S prenovo procesa smo odpravili napake in spremenili določene podrobnosti procesa in pod procesov. S spremenjenim procesom bo lahko ZD Radlje ob Dravi proces oskrbe z materialom izkoriščal v svojo korist. V primeru uvedbe prenovljenega procesa bodo pridobili veliko časa, delo bo potekalo lažje, evidence in količine prispelega materiala bodo ustreznejše. Vodstvu ZD Radlje ob Dravi, smo poskusili prenovljen proces čim bolj približati, da so spoznali prednosti, ki jih le-ta prinaša. Upamo, da bodo predlog prenovljenega procesa uvedli v svoje delovanje in da bo delo potekalo čim bolj učinkovito in tekoče.

Title:REDESIGN OF MATERIAL SUPPLY PROCESS IN A HEALT CENTER
Abstract:In the diploma, we have discussed the redesign of the material supply process in the Health center Radlje ob Dravi. The goal of the diploma was to explore in detail the existing process of purchasing materials, determine where the problems arise and provide suggestions for the redesign of the current process of purchasing material, which would allow for a more efficient implementation. We examined in more detail how the process of the material supply is currently operating and where the problems occur. With the redesign, we eliminated the errors and changed certain details of the process and sub-processes. With the upgraded process, the Health care center Radlje ob Dravi could exploit the material supply process to its advantage. If implemented, the redesigned process will provide for more efficient use of time, easier work and more appropriate records and quantities of the received material. We have made an effort to present the redesigned process to the management of the Health care center and to explain its advantages for the employees. We hope that the proposal of the redesigned process will be put into operation and that work will be carried out as efficiently and smoothly as possible.
