| Abstract: | V diplomskem delu obravnavamo uspešnost rekonstrukcijskih del na stanovanjskem objektu v občini Maribor. Opisali smo prvotno stanje objekta pred začetkom prvih sanacijskih del, potek rekonstrukcije ter njeno uspešnost. V nadaljevanju podajamo trenutno stanje po rekonstrukciji objekta. Sledi ocena uspešnosti izvedbe rekonstrukcije in ugotovljene pomanjkljivosti. V zaključku je podan predlog izboljšav ter predlog sanacijskih ukrepov na delih objekta, kjer so se pojavile težave. |
