Abstract:Stresne situacije in posledično slabša kakovost spanja, je v prehospitalnem okolju pereč problem tamkajšnjih zaposlenih. Poleg slabše kakovosti spanja in zaznanega stresa pa sorazmerno s slednjim raste tudi stopnja skrbi za zdravje, saj višji kot je stres, višja je skrb.

Title:Association between sleep quality and stress experiencing in rescuers
Abstract:Stressful situations and poor quality sleep in prehospital environment are a serious and ongoing problem of the employees. Apart from the weakened quality sleep and the percieved stress, along with the latter proportionally grow also the health concerns. The bigger the stress the bigger the concerns.
