Abstract:Glavno zahtevo pri razvoju nove družine avtomatskih drsnih vrat ''product line 330'' predstavlja vključitev termičnih mostičkov, ki služijo povezavi med profili.

Title:Dimensioning profiles of sliding doors with thermal bridges
Abstract:The main requirement in developing a new family of automatic sliding doors »product line 330« is the inclusion of thermal bridges, that serve as a link between profiles. The use of these radically reduces the thermal conductivity of aluminum profiles, but there may be problems with the load capacity of the profiles. The purpose of the master's thesis was to determine the influence of plastic bridges on the load capacity of the system and thus develop a system, that corresponds to the predicted loads. With the help of the Solidworks software, we made numerical analyzes to calculate the system's move in the Y axis. The results obtained were compared with the results obtained in practice. We have found that our problem can be solved in two ways. The first solution is the use of existing profiles with standard profile add-ons, while the second is the development of a new profile. Regardless of the chosen solution, however, it is necessary to draw attention to the importance of quality fixing profiles on the construction.
