Title:Comparative Analysis of the Mobile Banking for Population on the Example of NLB and N26
Abstract:Mobile banking is one of the most promising technologies in the last few years, which has an important value for both banks and customers. This involves performing banking transactions using mobile devices. Today, we cannot imagine life without the latter, so by using them we also want to simplify everyday tasks. They enable us to pay the bills, transfer money and perform other banking transactions. Mobile banking offers many advantages for users, especially reducing costs in terms of time and money. When using mobile banking and mobile payments, there is also a security issue, which for many users is the only obstacle in deciding on the use of mobile banking. The latest technologies offer us many options. In the last few years, the focus has primarily been on user authentication, which recognizes faces or fingerprints. As today most banks offer mobile banking, a comparative analysis was carried out within this graduation project. We compared the characteristics of two selected banks, one of which is completely mobile.
