Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo izvajali meritve v triletnih zaporednih obdobjih, ki so skladna z razvojnim načrtovanjem trenažnega procesa. Meritve smo izvajali v juniju in septembru, saj sta to dva pomembna mejnika, primerna za korekcije trenažnega procesa. Meritve smo izvajali skladno s protokolom, ki ga uporabljamo že več let, predvsem zaradi primerljivosti podatkov in statistične obdelave. V meritve in trenažni proces so bili vključeni trije perspektivni tekmovalci v biatlonu. Meritve smo izvajali v laboratorijskih pogojih in s tem zagotovili za vse tri tekmovalce enake pogoje. Poleg ostalih podatkov so nas zanimali predvsem parametri, ki neposredno vplivajo na trenažni proces posameznega tekmovalca. Preverjali smo pretečeni čas teka, spremljali srčni utrip in vsebnost laktata v juniju in septembru. Pretečeni čas, srčni utrip in laktat smo spremljali v različni conah obremenitve, in sicer: na laktatnem pragu (LT), v aerobno anaerobni coni (InAT), v coni začetka kopičenja laktata v krvi (anaerobno aerobna cona) in v coni maksimalnega napora (MAX).

Title:Planning of trainig for youth categories in biathlon
Abstract:In this diploma thesis we performed measurements in three consecutive periods, which are in accordance with the development planning of the training process. The measurements were carried out in June and September, as these two important milestones are suitable for the corrections of the training process. The measurements were carried out in accordance with the protocol we have been using for several years, mainly due to the comparability of data and statistical processing. Three promising biathlon competitors were involved in the measurement and training process. The measurements were carried out under laboratory conditions, thus guaranteeing the same conditions for all three competitors. In addition to other data, we were mainly interested in the parameters that directly influence the training process of each competitor. We checked the elapsed time and followed the heart rate and lactate content in June and September. For the measurements, we used the standard measurement protocol which we have been implementing for many years. We were aware that the number of those measured was smaller, but competitors were selected who had good starting points for achieving top results. On the basis of three years of monitoring, individual changes in the parameters for an individual were made, and the results were compared on an annual basis in comparable months. The elapsed time, heart rate, and the lactate were monitored in different zones of burden, namely on the lactate threshold (LT), in the aerobic anaerobic zone (InAT), in the initial lactate accumulation zone in the blood (anaerobic aerobic zone), and in the maximum effort zone (MAX). The competitors improved their maximum time from 1:30 minutes to 2:45 minutes. The maximum heart rate did not change much, but was typically high, as two competitors exceeded the limit of 210 heart beats per minute and the third 190 heart beats per minute, and the lactate, remained almost the same during the increased running time on the running carpet, indicating an increase in the endurance power of the competitors. We found that the competitors were raising the level of preparedness, as they were able to do more training for a longer time. All competitors in the 2018/19 season achieved top results and won medals at the World Youth Championship.
